RenFuel: Start

The plant is expected to be complete in 2021. RenFuel har investerat över 200 mkr för utveckling av teknik och av världens första storskaliga produktionsanläggning för vår gröna ligninolja – LIGNOL ®. Provleveranser av lignin från Rottneros massabruk i Vallvik har startat till RenFuels anläggning för framställning av Lignol som därefter skeppas vidare till Preems raffinaderier där den processas till bio-bensin och bio-diesel. RenFuel has invested more than SEK 200 million for technology development and the world’s first large-scale production plant for our green lignin oil – LIGNOL ®. Samples of lignin from Rottneros pulp mill in Vallvik are delivered to RenFuel’s Lignol production plant and Lignol is then shipped to Preem’s refineries where it is processed into bio-gasoline and bio-diesel.
